These terms are the agreement between you and KOOKED. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
What KOOKED is
KOOKED helps you track food, water, and goals, and gives you recipes and nutrition estimates. The numbers we show are estimates to help you make decisions, not exact measurements and not medical or dietary advice.
KOOKED is not a doctor, dietitian, or therapist. Don't rely on it for medical decisions. Talk to a qualified professional about your health, and especially if you're dealing with an eating disorder or a medical condition.
Your account
- You need a valid email to use KOOKED. Keep access to that email secure — it's how you sign in.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 16 to use KOOKED.
KOOKED Pro (subscriptions)
- KOOKED Pro is a paid subscription: $9.99/month or $79.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the price above until you cancel. You'll be charged through Stripe at the start of each billing period.
- You can cancel anytime from Manage Billing in the app (You → KOOKED Pro). If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel after, you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
- Prices may change; we'll give you notice before a change affects you.
Using it fairly
Please don't abuse the service — no attempting to break, overload, scrape, or misuse it, and no using it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
The data you log is yours. Recipes, community posts, and other shared content are provided as-is. If you share something publicly in the app, you're responsible for it.
As-is, and liability
KOOKED is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending it
You can stop using KOOKED and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.
